Serving Payson, Star Valley, Pine, Rio Verde, Fountain Hills, Rio Verde Estates

I grew up in Michigan and lived in Illinois before we found Payson online and moved here. Now I help buyers and sellers across Rim Country, from Payson, Star Valley and Pine to Fountain Hills and Rio Verde. Many of my clients are making the same kind of move my family made, and I know the questions that come with it. I have been buying homes for years, first as an investor, so I look at every house the way a buyer with money on the line does. Sellers get that same eye when we set a price and get a home ready for market. Training people was my job before real estate, and I still work that way. I explain each step as we go, share comparable sales early, and make sure you always know what comes next.
